List what shares memory

Include the OS, application workers, database, reverse proxy, scheduled jobs and a margin for releases. Storage includes database growth, uploads, logs and temporary exports.

Example decision

A single low-traffic API plus a small database may use Build when the written process budget exceeds 1 GB. Measure normal and import periods; resize only when the observation supports it.

Record peak memory, largest growing path, database size and the job that creates the peak. Plan names do not guarantee request capacity.
