Offshore hosting, operated from Panama.
The operator is based in Panama, as declared by the owner. OffVPS focuses on first VPS setups and small applications. The operator’s Panama base is separate from the offered server locations: Malaysia, Romania and Switzerland. Backup countries and supplier mappings remain unconfirmed.
Standard signup requires one contact email and no routine identity-document check. No name, phone number, passport, selfie or proof of address is requested in the standard checkout. The hostname and optional SSH public key are technical fields. Monero (XMR) is supported alongside the other listed cryptocurrencies and is the starting choice on a fresh visit without a saved payment selection.
The current frontend saves the contact email in this tab’s session storage and does not send it or create an account. Correcting the contact on an active quote keeps its reference, financial details and original expiry. The email is absent from the QR and public rate request. This is a limited collection policy, not a blanket anonymity or no-logs guarantee; see the privacy information.
The three starting configurations.
These figures come from the current OffVPS catalogue. They describe the selectable configuration and price; they do not establish stock, a processor model or a benchmark. Additions are priced in the same configurator.

Monthly and quarterly periods have no term discount. The six-month and annual discounts cover the base VPS and all selected recurring options. The whole period is paid upfront once; the configurator shows gross total, savings and amount due. No setup charge is added. Tax treatment and renewal rules remain to be confirmed with the seller.

1 IPv4 address is included in the current base configuration. No backup option is selected by default. Selecting backup retention still requires an actual restore procedure and a clear understanding of which application data is covered.
Images: Debian 13 (1 GB configurator memory minimum); Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (2 GB configurator memory minimum); Ubuntu 26.04 LTS (2 GB configurator memory minimum); AlmaLinux 9 (2 GB configurator memory minimum). These minimums are catalogue validation rules, not certification of a supplier image. Review the actual installed distribution before following a guide.
Server locations: Malaysia, Romania, Switzerland. All three plans offer these countries without a location surcharge. Malaysia is the default for a new configuration. The hostname field does not create DNS. You can supply a supported SSH public key or choose access setup later.
Payment instructions and their meaning.
Confirm your contact email before usable payment instructions are shown. The contact check does not verify mailbox ownership or a blockchain payment.
OffVPS supports 9 asset/network pairs across 8 assets: XMR on Monero; BTC on Bitcoin; LTC on Litecoin; TRX on TRON; USDT on TRON; ETH on Ethereum mainnet; USDT on Ethereum mainnet; USDC on Ethereum mainnet; SOL on Solana. USDC on TRON is not offered. Choose the asset and network explicitly; a shared receiving address does not enable another network.
Exchange rates are fetched from Kraken’s public ticker, including stablecoin rates. The full discounted USD amount is converted and rounded upward to an atomic unit. A quote lasts exactly one hour; reloading preserves its deadline. The QR encodes the receiving address only, so the wallet’s asset, network and amount need to match the displayed instructions. A local reference identifies the instructions stored in your tab. It is not a server invoice or verified order. The page does not monitor the blockchain or provision a server; it reports payment as unverified. Keep the transaction record and use the agreed owner contact for a payment question.
What requires confirmation for the actual service.
- Legal seller and privacy contact, applicable terms, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund rules.
- Actual inventory, supplier mappings, facility details, backup countries, CPU allocation, storage technology, transfer counting and overages.
- Image availability, backup scope and restoration process, IPv6 assignment and network rules.
- Support channel, hours, responsibilities and escalation arrangements.
No uptime guarantee, immediate delivery promise, benchmark, founding date, customer count or certification is stated. Generic operating guides are learning material, not managed administration or a record of work done to a customer server. the owner-declared Panama operating base does not establish those missing service details.
