Operator and service scope
OffVPS offers offshore VPS hosting for first servers, small APIs and personal tools. Its operator is based in Panama, as declared by the owner. The legal entity name, registration details, business address and public contact channel have not been supplied for publication. These details must be identified in the service agreement.
The operator is based in Panama. Server locations are Malaysia, Romania and Switzerland, selected separately in the configurator. Backup countries and supplier mappings remain unconfirmed. Compare the server locations and review the service facts for your application.
Standard signup and contact
An email address is the only account-contact field in standard checkout. No routine identity-document check is required at registration: the standard flow does not ask for a passport, identity-card scan, selfie or proof of address. A hostname and optional SSH public key describe the instance separately. Additional information may be required where applicable law requires it.
The current frontend stores the confirmed contact email in this tab and does not send it, verify a mailbox or create an account. See the privacy information. Monero and the other supported crypto routes are available; there is no card or bank-transfer option.
Billing periods and discounts
Prices are denominated in USD. Monthly and quarterly periods have no term discount. Six months paid upfront receive 28% off the full recurring period subtotal; twelve months paid upfront receive 50% off. The discount includes selected recurring options. The final period total is rounded once to the nearest cent, with half a cent rounded up.
The configurator shows the amount before discount, the savings and the total paid once for the selected period. The crypto quote converts that total. Network fees are separate. Tax treatment and renewal terms have not been supplied; the displayed term discount does not establish a future renewal price.
Contact and payment references
A local payment reference identifies the details displayed in your browser. It is not a server-issued invoice, proof of payment, a stock reservation or a delivery commitment. The address and network must match the selected payment route. A quote lasts exactly one hour from creation. Correcting the contact email on an active quote keeps the same reference, financial details and original expiry.
Copyright complaints and binding legal process
A DMCA notice alone does not trigger automatic suspension or disclosure of customer data. Copyright complaints are assessed under applicable law. A private notice is not itself a court order, and a substantiated complaint can still require action. The acceptable-use policy explains this distinction.
We assess legal requests under the law applicable to our Panama-based operation and comply with legally binding process, including international procedures recognized in Panama. The request’s authority, legal basis, scope and applicable procedure require assessment. Its foreign origin alone does not determine whether it is binding.
Panama provides channels for international criminal assistance under treaties and reciprocity: see Law 11 of 2015, articles 1–4. The procedures include secure, authenticated electronic exchanges between central authorities under Law 478 of 2025, articles 20–21. Recognition of foreign judgments is also addressed in Law 402 of 2023, article 678. These references do not determine the outcome of a particular request or establish that no other law can apply.
Service commitments and remaining contract details
Facility details, supplier mappings, backup countries, resource allocation, network limits, support scope and delivery timing require confirmation. No uptime guarantee, managed administration commitment or measured recovery time is stated here. An optional backup selection should be reviewed alongside the application’s own recovery plan.
Detailed cancellation, suspension, appeal, liability, governing-law and applicable customer-rights provisions remain to be specified for the actual seller and service. The published complaint policy does not replace those terms. Review the payment and refund information, privacy information and acceptable-use information together with the service agreement.
