OffVPS’s offshore offer focuses on first VPS setups, small applications, APIs and personal tools. The operator is based in Panama, as declared by the owner. Access to a server does not grant permission to access, test or interfere with another system. Keep the permissions needed for the software, data and material your application uses.
Standard signup requests one contact email with no routine identity-document check. Crypto payment and that limited collection policy do not remove legal or contractual responsibilities. Additional information may be required where applicable law requires it.
How copyright complaints are treated
A DMCA notice alone does not trigger automatic suspension or disclosure of customer data. Copyright complaints are assessed under applicable law. A private notice is not itself a court order; the basis of the claim and the applicable obligations still need examination. A substantiated complaint may require action.
Panama protects copyright through Law 64 of 2012, article 1. The U.S. DMCA notice-and-takedown system concerns conditional liability protections described by the U.S. Copyright Office’s Section 512 guidance. These rules do not establish a blanket exemption for offshore hosting, and a Panama operating base alone does not decide whether U.S. or another country’s law is relevant to a particular activity.
Legally binding requests
We assess legal requests under the law applicable to our Panama-based operation and comply with legally binding process, including international procedures recognized in Panama. An authority’s jurisdiction, the legal basis and scope of the request, and the applicable procedure matter. See the service policy and official Panama references.
This approach does not promise unrestricted use, immunity from enforcement or a refusal to consider every foreign request. It also does not turn a private allegation into an automatic customer-data disclosure.
Reports and service-specific procedures
For a complaint, identify the specific material or resource, relevant dates, your relationship to the issue and the basis of the request. Preserve the relevant evidence and use your existing contact with the owner. A dedicated public abuse or legal-request address has not been supplied, and this website does not submit or register a complaint.
The actual seller and infrastructure provider must supply the detailed prohibited-activity rules, resource-use limits, reporting channels, investigation steps, suspension conditions and appeal procedures. Review those conditions for your workload. The server-country choices are Malaysia, Romania and Switzerland. Supplier mappings, backup countries and acceptance of a particular application require confirmation through the service facts and agreement.
Keep an operating record
