Keep a clear payment record
A local reference identifies the configuration and payment details displayed in your browser. It is not an invoice or proof of payment. Payment not verified means there is no verified payment status to report; copying an address or scanning its QR does not change that status. A contact-email confirmation does not verify the mailbox or a transfer.
If you correct the contact on an active quote, its reference, financial details and original expiry remain unchanged. Use the corrected contact with the same payment record. The current frontend does not send an email, submit a refund request or register a server-side order.
Cancellation and refund terms
A final cancellation and refund policy has not been supplied for publication. The operator is based in Panama, as declared by the owner; the legal seller still needs to be identified. The service agreement must state eligibility and deadlines, network-fee treatment, exchange-rate handling, the refund asset and network, and how a proposed destination is checked. Review applicable customer rights together with that agreement.
Standard signup has no routine identity-document check. This does not guarantee that no further information can ever be required: additional information may be necessary where applicable law requires it. No refund entitlement, refusal rule or processing deadline is invented here.
Crypto payment exceptions
Late, incomplete, overpaid, duplicate and wrong-network transfers need individual review. Do not assume that a blockchain transfer can be reversed or recovered. A quoted amount does not include a promise to refund network fees. Monero and each other supported asset must use the exact payment route shown.
Quote expiry removes the usable QR and copy controls after one hour; it does not prevent a fixed blockchain address from receiving a transfer. If a payment may already be in progress, check its record before sending again. The payment page explains the amount, route and deadline.
Raise a payment question
Use your existing contact with the owner and preserve the transaction record. Include the local reference, asset, network and amount, with the specific outcome you need checked. A public support address and response target have not been supplied. Prepare a concise support brief, and never include a wallet seed, private key or password.
