Write the operating brief first
Name the process, data, public port, owner of updates and restore target. A crypto-friendly checkout does not operate the server.
Keep five choices separate
Select plan resources, Malaysia/Romania/Switzerland, OS image, hostname and access method independently. Keep the private SSH key outside the form.
Read the live instruction
Confirm one contact email, then compare asset, network, exact amount, address and one-hour deadline in the wallet. The QR contains the address only.
Example decision
A small Node API with PostgreSQL may start on Build when its measured memory budget needs 2 GB. Romania may be chosen for a documented dependency path; that reason is an assumption to test after deployment.
