The first useful check

A browser error can arise from DNS, certificate handling, network reachability, reverse-proxy routing or the application itself.

Inputs and prerequisites

Start with the hostname, the expected protocol and the exact failure text. Check one layer at a time rather than changing DNS and the proxy together.

A small, reversible procedure

Verify the published name, then the certificate and incoming listener, then proxy logs and the application’s local response. Keep the previous known-good endpoint available while you isolate the change.

What to record after the check

Save the hostname, timestamp, client network, HTTP status or TLS error and the component whose behavior you actually observed.

Scope and service boundary

This does not promise certificate issuance, external reachability or a particular latency result. Malaysia, Romania and Switzerland are server-country choices; they do not establish a backup country, facility detail, stock or measured network result.
