The first useful check
A measurement is most useful when it compares the same request, job or resource observation before and after one defined change.
Inputs and prerequisites
Choose a representative request or job, the time window and the signal you will collect: response status, duration, memory, CPU, disk growth or queue depth.
A small, reversible procedure
Record the baseline, make one change, repeat the same check, then decide whether the result supports another change or a different resource budget.
What to record after the check
Keep the workload description, data constraints, timestamps, measurement method and unexpected conditions.

This does not create a benchmark, capacity guarantee or supplier performance claim. Malaysia, Romania and Switzerland are server-country choices; they do not establish a backup country, facility detail, stock or measured network result.
